Above error message occurred due to client system is down. DP Cell Manager unable to contact client Disk Agent. it is a simple error . The bottom line is System May be OFF or Unavailable Condition.

Dp works on Port No 5555. We can check whether port is listing or not

use Telnet to find this

Telnet 5555

Then above display will show you that Data protector inet service is denied the access.
