Firing A Cell Manager Recovery Backup

This one of best option to take DP Cell Manger server backup. which consists installed server volumes ,configuration (System State), and IDB which helps to recover IDB in Emergency situations. I am working on Cell Manager Backup and OBDR and ASR .

I tried this after facing a small problem in office yesterday night.

We got 2 sites in our office production environ and development is another one.

we have two data protector cell managers which are not all having any relationship.

Today i have to restore the Production database to development server but development server is not a client of Cell Manager1{production}. it is a client of Cell manager2{development}.

What is the role of USER in Backup

When i logged with a user level in DP server system and tried to open cell manager.
The below error message is appeared due i didnot added this user in admin/operator group.
